We have been looking for opportunities to get our CrossFit community involved in our local community in Carroll County. The time is NOW!
Habitat for Humanity is building homes in downtown Westminster and are in need of strong men and women….so they came to us! We are looking for about 10 volunteers on SATURDAY, JULY 12th.
Matt and Rebekah are attending the Movement & Mobility Certification class that day from 9am-5pm and will not be available to help. Which is incredibly disappointing, because they’ve been working with Habitat for Humanity on getting BBCF a job to help with for 2 months now! So, we really need your help on this one.
