Barbell Club is a specialty program of BBCF that focuses on improving the Olympic lifts, whether you are looking to compete on the platform or an intermediate lifter just looking to improve. Both the snatch and the clean & jerk bring speed, strength, power, coordination, flexibility, and balance to your overall training while increasing explosive strength and output.
6-week Oly Training Cycle
This program focuses on instructing and improving technique, efficiency, and execution of the snatch or clean & jerk, depending on the cycle. Includes programming and accessory work to help you meet your specific weightlifting goals.

Blackbird Barbell Club is led by USA Weightlifting & Sport Performance Coach, CrossFit Level 2 Trainer, and experienced OLY competitor, Chris Richelderfer. He has led numerous athletes, including himself, to podium finishes in regional meets, Masters Nationals qualifications, and two podium finishes at the 2023 USAW Masters Nationals.
