Group training keeps you motivated and working hard. Working with a coach keeps you safe and injury-free. And our CrossFit group training classes help to bring a sense of community and accountability to your workout routine.

We have 3 simple steps to get started:

  1. Schedule an intro meeting to chat with a coach about your goals and learn how we can help.
  2. Then enjoy a 2 class Free Trial to see if our CrossFit classes are a good fit for you.
  3. If you’re new to CrossFit, we’ll get you signed up for your first month course called Foundations for Beginners. If you have CrossFit experience, you can get started with a regular membership.

There are dozens of things that separate CrossFit from other workouts, but the camaraderie and accountability are the biggest. The Blackbird community offers motivation, inspiration, and connection to anyone willing to put in the work.
