We believe that a child’s health and fitness is paramount and has the power to shape who they become as a young adult. We have a fantastic, long-running CrossFit Kids program for kids ages 5-13 who are looking to develop better body awareness, learn how to move well, and get in great shape!
CrossFit Kids makes strength and conditioning fun and safe for children. We use a combination of weight lifting, cardio, body weight movements, gymnastics, and more in skill practice, workouts, and games tailored for kids of all abilities.
We run 4 week sessions at the beginning of each month. To register your child or for more information, email [email protected].
- VARSITY (ages 9-13) – Mondays and/or Wednesdays @ 5:00-5:55pm
- Jr VARSITY (ages 5-8) – Tuesdays @ 5:00-5:45pm
Strength & Conditioning
Build strength and athleticism through the 10 general physical skills: endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy to create well-rounded fitness. You are as fit as you are competent in each of these 10 skills.
Based on the principle of Mechanics + Consistency and then Load + Intensity, at Blackbird CrossFit Kids we emphasize good movement. Consistently good mechanics translates to physical literacy, enhanced sports performance, and fewer injuries for kids.

Our empowering and energetic coaches will help build confidence, boost self-esteem, improve body image, and instill healthy habits through physical fitness and community.
