Regardless of a person’s past athletic experience or current level of fitness, everyone who first comes to Blackbird CrossFit is required to participate in our Foundations Program. In this program, you will learn the proper form and technique of all of the basic movements you’ll perform in CrossFit, as well as, terminology, philosophy and nutrition to prepare you for success in regular classes.
The Foundations course consists of 4 classes in a small class setting. The classes will be held on Tuesday and Thursday of the second and fourth weeks of every month from 8:00-9:00pm. The regular cost is $125–ONLY $100 with the discount for MAY! Included in this price are 3 regular classes per week for the month in which you complete Foundations. The Foundations Program may be waived if you have prior CrossFit and Olympic weightlifting experience. The determination will be made by your coach during your first visit.

The classes are set up as Parts I-IV. We prefer that you complete all 4 classes consecutively, but we understand that emergencies come up and schedules can be hectic. So, you can pick up a class that you missed the following month.
