YOGA SCHEDULE FOR AUGUST 2014

IMG959517Please come join us for YOGA with Lyndsay Pyles. It is an amazing compliment to CrossFit and also important for general fitness and wellbeing.
  • Saturday the 2nd @ 10am (after 9am WOD)
  • Thursday the 7th @ 5pm
  • Saturday the 9th @ 10am (after 9am WOD)
  • Saturday the 16th @ 10am (after 9am WOD)
  • Saturday the 23rd @ 10am (after 9am WOD)

Yoga is included for FREE with your membership. Non-members = $10 drop-in fee. If you’d like to come to the CrossFit WOD class at 9am and stay for Yoga, you only have to pay the $20 CrossFit drop-in fee for both.
