Partner WOD

4 Rounds for Time:

Partner A: 8 Double Dumbbell Hang Squat Cleans (50/35#) + 8 Burpees Over the DB

Partner B: 300m Row

*Partner A completes DB squat cleans and burpees while Partner B Rows 300m. If one finishes before the other …rest (yay!). Once both are done they switch and Partner A rows, while partner be DB squat cleans and burpees. Each will complete each movement 4 times.
