For Time:

200m Carry – two 45# plates/two 25# plates

100 Slam Balls 20#/15#

50 Burpees

50 DB Box Step Overs 50#/35# (both use 20 inch box)

50 Burpees

100 Slam Balls 20#/15#

200m Carry – two 45# plates/two 25# plates
-Split all reps between partners with only one partner working at a time.

-For the carry, one partner carries and the other walks beside them with nothing, they can pass off the plates as needed but one person must have all plates and the other none, no splitting up the plates.
