Weekday CrossFit Kids is Back

Get ready, parents! Starting in May, our awesome CrossFit Kids, Minis, and Middle School Strength & Conditioning programs are BACK on weekdays! We offer specialized classes for:

  • CrossFit Minis (5-6 yrs): Introducing fundamental movement through play.
  • CrossFit Kids: Building a strong foundation in exercise and healthy habits.
  • Middle School Strength & Conditioning: Developing age-appropriate strength and athletic skills.

Our experienced coaches focus on teaching proper movement patterns, fostering a positive relationship with exercise, and building crucial confidence that extends beyond the gym.

MAY SESSION SCHEDULE:

  • Middle School (5-8th): Mon. and/or Wed. @ 5-6pm
  • Minis (5-6yrs): Tues. @ 4:45-5:15pm
  • Kids (1st-4th): Tues. @ 5:15-6:00pm

We run 4 week sessions every month! Only $75/session.
