More Classes, More Open Gym Time!

Check out the new Fall schedule that will begin on Monday, August 24th!

  HIGHLIGHTS 

  • We will be adding an 8:00am CrossFit class Monday, Wednesday, Friday. No childcare will be available for the 8am, just the 9:30am.
  • We will be extending Saturday Open Gym Time by 1 hour. It will now start at 8am! There will still be a WOD the last 30 minutes, around 9:30am.
  • The 3:30pm class will return, but be moving to 4:00pm M-F.
  • We will have Open Gym at 5pm on Wednesdays & Fridays. BUT until we start up the next session of CF KIDS mid-September, we will have Open Gym EVERY DAY at 5:00pm!!
  • ENDURANCE CLUB will begin Sunday, September 13th! We will meet up for our first Sunday FunDay RunDay with Coach Justin at 9:00am. Location TBA.

  • 4:00pm
  • 5:00pm –Open Gym
  • 6:00pm
  • 7:00pm

Thursdays:

  • 5:30am
  • 9:30am
  • 4:00pm

Sundays:

  • Endurance Club –starting Sept. 13th at 9:00am. The plan right now is to do trail runs 2x/mo and road runs 2x/mo. Details to come.
