This is the 1st step for anyone interested in finding out more about Blackbird CrossFit. In this 30-minute session, we will chat about you, your goals, and how we can help!
TWO-CLASS FREE TRIAL
Use the link below to register, choose your start date and class time, and fill out our health waiver. Please arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled class time to meet with the coach and get ready for our group warm up. Your free trial includes 2 classes in a week period and childcare. After the free trial, if you feel that Blackbird CrossFit is a good match for you, we will get you signed up for our Foundations for Beginners Program.
REGISTER FOR FOUNDATIONS
The Foundations Course is the required 1st month for anyone new to CrossFit. It consists of 4 instructional classes in a small group setting or 1-on-1, unlimited attendance to our regular classes during that month, PLUS a pre and post InBody Body Composition Scan and performance data.
