The Foundations for Beginners Course is the required first month for all of our members who are new to CrossFit.

WHAT DOES YOUR 1st MONTH INCLUDE?

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT IN THIS COURSE?
MECHANICS & CONSISTENCY, then INTENSITY

Our Foundations program consists of four separate instructional classes, PLUS unlimited attendance to our regular classes during that month. In these classes, you will learn the proper form and technique of all of the lifts and basic movements you’ll perform in CrossFit, as well as non-movement subjects such as CrossFit philosophy, recovery, goal setting, and nutrition to prepare you for success in regular classes. Your coach will also help you set baselines for weightlifting movements, identify movement deficiencies, and teach you the appropriate scaling options to safely get you started on your CrossFit journey.

If you have taken a beginner course at another CrossFit gym or have 6 months prior CrossFit experience, we require a 1-hour movement assessment and goal setting session with a coach before starting a regular membership ($55).
