Teams of 2-3

5 Rounds for Time:

15/12 Calorie Bike or Ski

12 Deadlifts (155/105#)

9 Hang Power Cleans (155/105#)

*Waterfall style – all partners will complete 5 rounds.  Partner 1 hits the bike or ski (depends which your team chose), right when they are off the bike, partner 2 jumps on the bike and partner 1 moves on to the deadlifts + hang power cleans and so on.  Once the waterfall starts you will always have a partner on the bike/ski erg, a partner on the barbell, and if you are team of 3, a resting partner.  Team of 3 is the way to go if your numbers work out.
