BARBELL CLUB is a specialty program of Blackbird CrossFit that will focus on improving the Olympic lifts, whether you are looking to compete on the platform or a beginner just looking to improve.

Athletes will have 2 options to enjoy barbell club based on their desired focus. Barbell club will be held on Thursdays at 6:00pm and Saturdays at 8:00am.

Per Month- Monthly personal OLY programming with video feedback.
- Unlimited open gym attendance and Barbell Club attendance.
Personal Weightlifting Program + 2x week CrossFIT
Per Month- Oly programming, accessory work with a focus on training for specific weightlifting goals. No WOD.
- 2x a week attendance to CF classes.
