BARBELL CLUB is a specialty program of Blackbird CrossFit that will focus on improving the Olympic lifts, whether you are looking to compete on the platform or a beginner just looking to improve.

Both the snatch and the clean and jerk bring speed, strength, power, coordination, flexibility, and balance to your overall training while increasing explosive strength and output.

BARBELL CLUB is led by USA Weightlifting & Sport Performance Coach, CrossFit trainer, and Century High School Weightlifting Coach Steve Weatherholt.

The class will meet on Wednesdays at 5:30am and 6:00pm
