10 Rounds for time (5 rounds each):
200m Run
9 Thrusters 95#/65#

Switch after full round is completed.  One person works at a time and rest for a full round.  5 Rounds each or 10 total.
The CrossFit Warm-up
3 rounds of 10-15 reps of:
Samson Stretch (15-30 seconds)
Overhead Squat with PVC
Sit-ups
Back-extensions
Pull-ups
Dips
